Towns sits on the North Carolina line, and more than half of it is federal land. Lake Chatuge, a TVA reservoir, wraps around Hiawassee, Brasstown Bald rises in the southwest, and GA-515 and GA-75 are the roads in.
Lake and mountain lots are often steep and tight. Plan on a level pad, within 3" across the footprint, and check that a truck pulling a 30' to 36' trailer can reach the spot. Remote places and busy seasons can take longer than our usual 8 to 10 weeks.
