Most installers want the pad 6" longer and wider than the frame so each anchor sits at least 3" from the edge. The pad should be level within 3" and at least 2,500 PSI.

How long until my building is installed?
Lead times change with the season and the size of the building. We give you an estimated install window with your quote and confirm the date once your site is ready.
Do I need a permit?
Many counties require one, especially for enclosed buildings. We check your county's requirements before you pay a deposit and can provide certified drawings for your permit application.
How should I prepare my site?
The site needs to be level and clear before installation, whether it's dirt, gravel, asphalt or a concrete slab. We'll send exact requirements for your building with your order.
How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?
The deposit is a percentage of the building price and the balance is paid at installation. The exact amount and refund terms are written on your order before you sign.
Can I choose colors, doors and windows?
Yes. You choose roof, wall and trim colors, and where doors and windows go. We send you a drawing to approve before anything is built.
What does "W × L × H" mean?
Width is the gable end, where the doors usually go. Length runs front to back. Height is the leg or wall height, measured from the ground to where the roof starts.
