Who we are

This website is run by Worken LLC d/b/a Worken Structures ("Worken Structures," "we," "us"). We are an independent authorized dealer, not a manufacturer or a contractor. Buildings are sold under the manufacturer's sales agreement and are built, delivered and installed by the manufacturer's crews. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Quotes, prices and orders

• Prices, sizes, colors, options and lead times on this site, in the designer and in quote requests are estimates. They are not an offer and don't create an order.
• A price is final only in a written quote, and an order exists only when you sign the manufacturer's sales agreement and our dealer terms. Those documents, not this website, set the price, the deposit and when it can be refunded, the balance due, and delivery and installation terms. You'll receive them, and the manufacturer's written warranty, before you pay anything.
• Prices and availability can change until your order is accepted. If a price or description on this site is wrong, we'll correct it and tell you before you order.

Planning tools are for planning

The 3D designer, the "What fits" sizing, the build sheet, and the concrete, anchor and payment estimators help you plan. They are not engineering, architectural, legal or financial advice.

• Vehicle and equipment sizes are typical. Measure your own, including mirrors, racks and hitches.
• Concrete, anchor and foundation figures are planning estimates. The manufacturer and its installers confirm the final foundation and anchor requirements for your building and location.
• Engineer-certified drawings are issued by the manufacturer's engineer where available. Your local building department decides whether your building and site meet code.
• The payment estimator shows examples only. It is not an offer of credit. Lenders set their own rates, terms and approval.
• Drawings and 3D images are design examples, not photos of customer projects. Screen colors are approximate; ask for a physical color sample before you order.

Permits and your site

We'll help you look up permit requirements, but the property owner is responsible for getting permits, HOA approvals and property-line information, and for preparing a level, accessible site as described in your order.

Warranty

Your building is covered by the manufacturer's written warranty. We provide a free copy with every quote and on request. Worken Structures does not add a separate warranty.

Using this site

• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it, or send false or spam quote requests.
• The site's text, drawings, images, designer and code belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to plan and buy a building, but not copy or reuse them for other purposes.
• Links to other websites, including lenders and manufacturers, are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or services.

Limits on our responsibility

The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or its planning tools. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
