Getting your site ready
Fannin is high, steep and wooded, with big pieces of the Chattahoochee National Forest and the Cohutta Wilderness. Blue Ridge Lake and the Toccoa River run through the middle, and GA-515 and GA-5 are the main ways in.
Cabin lots often mean a narrow, climbing drive. The truck pulls a 30' to 36' trailer, so check the turns, the grade and any low branches, and plan on a level pad: within 3" across the footprint. Remote places and busy seasons can take longer than our usual 8 to 10 weeks.
